Before entering real estate, Florencia built a successful career in marketing and business leadership. Her experience leading U.S. and international sales campaigns across global markets
gave her a strategic approach to identifying and analyzing opportunities within South Florida’s growing real estate market.
With more than two decades of living in Miami, combined with her experience at Cervera, Florencia has developed a strong understanding of the South Florida real estate market. She
